Beautiful and comfortable villa with a private pool and garden, just a few minutes’ drive away from Albufeira and the beach.

All of the 4 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and they all have air conditioning. The main en-suite has a double bed and is decorated in shades of cream and pink. The private bathroom is equipped with shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and is decorated in shades of orange. The third and fourth bedrooms are just across the corridor and both have a view towards the pool, one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
On the ground floor there is another bathroom equipped with a shower.

This villa features a spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped, with a dining table for 8 people, a practical sideboard and air conditioning. Two large sliding doors naturally illuminate the kitchen and provide access to the garden and barbecue area. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a washing machine.
The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs, a cosy fireplace, a TV with satellite channels, access to the internet via WI-FI and air conditioning. A wide sliding door let in natural light and provide access to the pool area.

The garden is fenced all around and has a lawn area for outdoor games. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and is about 9 meters long and 4 wide with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
This service is provided between March and October. There is a charcoal BBQ available to prepare your grills and an outdoor table to take advantage of them.
This villa is part of a gated community which makes it safer. It has parking space inside and outside the plot.
