Newly built 3-bedroom villa located in Areeiro, 5 to 10 minutes away from both Loulé and Almancil. Very comfortable family home with a private swimming pool and private garden, great outdoor and BBQ area.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, configured as follow:
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom;
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom;
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;
• Ground Floor – WC
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool.
The spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV with UK channels (BBC1-4, ITV, etc…), DVD player, several movies and a WII game console with some games. There is also internet access via Wi-Fi.
The plot is completely private and enclosed all around. It is appropriate and safe for children. There are some areas of grass that are also great for children and a ceramic floor surrounding the pool, plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is about 8 meters long by 4 meters wide and with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost this service is provided between March and October.
The outdoor dining area has a nice size table and comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal BBQ. Overall the outdoor is well presented and very private.
There is private parking in the garage located in the basement.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
